TCS NINJA - This process is for recruitment from all over India irrespective of their college.
TCS INNOVATOR - This process is to hire for Product Development Roles. They will hire students from IIT’s & NIT’s for this profile.
TCS DIGITAL - They will hire students from TCS Premium Colleges/Grade A Colleges for this profile.
TCS SMART - For the role of TCS Smart, the pay package offered to the student is comparatively less than the others.
